Eleven Interiors is a small, fast paced interior design firm in the South End of Boston.  We take great pride in the fun, collaborative and hard working environment we have developed. This mentality allows us to perform at our best and produce the highest quality of work for our clients. Our firm is looking for energetic and creative team players to join our group.

Current Openings

Interior Designer/Project Manager

Interior Designer/Project Manager with at least 4 years post graduate experience as an interior designer/project manager.  The interior design position would entail:

  • Manage multiple projects of various sizes
  • Develop space plans/schematic designs
  • Source finish materials, furnishings, lighting, fabrics etc.
  • Prepare design presentations
  • Specify and order materials and furnishings
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and clients
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with clients, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors
  • Perform project administration: Create Proposals, Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Create and update project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate and oversee installations and deliveries
  • Experience with CAD/Revit, Sketch Up, Design Manager and MicroSoft Office preferred

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Health and dental insurance are available through the firm. Holiday, vacation & sick/personal days are included with benefits package. Eleven Interiors also has a 401k plan for which the candidate will be eligible after one year’s employment.

Internship -  Fall 2017

Interior Design Intern to support our interior design team and office.  In this position, the Interior Design Intern will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

  • Assisting in creating client presentations
  • Sourcing finish materials, furnishings, lighting, fabrics, etc.
  • Contracting vendors to obtain pricing and availability on products
  • Ordering fabric and finish samples 
  • Researching products and entering information in our resource library 
  • General office duties as needed, i.e. answering phones, office and library organization, etc.

To be considered for the position, candidates must have the following qualifications: 

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited school
  • Experience in Revit and SketchUp preferred
